From our field to your site within 24 hours of harvest.
the only way turf should be delivered.
By cutting your turf either the day before or on the day of delivery, we ensure it arrives in optimal condition so it looks its finest when you lay it.
-
We deliver your turf using our own fleet of vehicles to maintain control over the entire process, from initial order, to on-site delivery, to ensure we meet the high standards we set ourselves.
Our diverse fleet allows us to select the most suitable lorry for your order, based on order size and your site's accessibility.
Many of our lorries are equipped with forklifts. If you don’t have one on-site, please inform us when placing your order, and we'll ensure a forklift-equipped vehicle handles your delivery. Turf cannot be delivered without a forklift.
-
You also have the option to come and collect turf yourself, fresh from our fields in Suffolk as well as our depots in Sidcup and Horsham.
-
Orders placed by midday are delivered the next working day. Your turf is freshly cut to order.
We strive to deliver your turf as early in the day as possible, giving you the maximum time to lay it. However, delivery times vary based on your location and road traffic conditions.
-
We will need to confirm delivery details with you, so please provide us with the best telephone number and email address to contact you on.
We also need to know about any challenges our delivery drivers are likely to face, such as height, width or weight restrictions on the approach to your property, parking, road works, etc.
We prefer customers to be on site the day of their delivery to direct our drivers, but we will deliver without you being there if we have detailed instructions on where your order should be placed. We do not accept any liability for theft or damage to items delivered and it is at the driver’s discretion as to whether it’s safe to deliver to your chosen location.
If you’ve any more questions about delivery, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
